Issue Type: Ice hazard / improper drainage Location: 610 Columbus Avenue, Boston, MA Parcel #0901069000 (Abutting 608 Columbus Avenue, Parcel #0901070000) Description: There is ongoing runoff from guttering and a downspout located at 610 Columbus Avenue that is draining onto both the public sidewalk and adjacent private property. As snow and ice melt, this runoff is creating significant ice accumulation on the public way as well as on a shared egress area used by residential and commercial tenants. In addition, falling icicles and ice buildup are present near an egress landing connected to neighboring operations. These conditions have persisted and worsened over multiple days and pose a hazard to pedestrians, residents, employees, and vendors. Photos documenting the current conditions are attached. Property Information: The gutter system is located on 610 Columbus Avenue, owned by Csoh Properties LLC, which directly abuts 608 Columbus Avenue, owned by Six-04 Columbus Ave LLC. Requested Assistance: Inspection and guidance regarding proper drainage and mitigation, as the current conditions pose an ongoing hazard affecting both the public sidewalk and adjacent private property.
