    (MGL c.90 § 22B) there’s a limo that is parked on the corner of Delhi Street & violet street Mattapan. It’s been parked there since a year ago. The law above states what can happen to a vehicle left. It’s also blocking the handicapped ramp. PLEASE REMOVE IT. Weither it’s insured or not it’s been there more than 3 days and it’s blocking handicapped ramp.
