There is a raccoon that's acting drunk and wandering back and forth on the street and sidewalk near The bus stop. I called animal control, but they said they would only come if I stayed with a raccoon and I am not staying with a sick raccoon that's dangerous. Is now on you guys if someone gets bitten by a rabid raccoon.

Isn't it 311’s job to forward reports to the correct dept?! Did someone actually see a report on 311 and respond that we are meant to call public works instead of reporting to 311? The whole point is to have a PUBLIC record. There is construction happening at this address without a POSTED permit: see photos and multiple reports.
