Poor condition of property. The Brookliner Apartments 5 Washington Street Brighton. Trash chutes not working since 9/2 (for servicing) but not repaired and no alternative trash bins offered. Trash piling up in trash rooms on each floor. Photo is of 5th floor trash room. (No trash is to be left in the rooms but there is no other bins - even downstairs for tenants to use).
