Handicap spot still not plowed/ shoveled out.... but the report been closed 3 weeks now.... spot that is needed for person with disability as well... B St is a snow emergency route, which should of been cleared by now with snow removal that should of happened as well... At the intersection of DEER and Melvinside there is no where saying you cannot park at the corner requesting proper signage to be installed
