Intersection Of Braintree St And Rugg Rd, Brighton, MaNoise complaint (upstairs neighbor). The loud banging/jumping noise appears to be coming from unit 2402, in 80 Rugg Road, and I am very confident that is the source. The noise started around 12:00 AM and has continued on and off through the night. It woke me up again around 4:00 AM and is still disturbing my sleep. This is not a one-time noise — it has been repeated and disruptive for hours. Please have someone check this as soon as possible. Thank you.

The city removed illegal snow space savers on this block yesterday under. Residents immediately placed chairs and tables back out again today to reserve parking spaces. The snow emergency ended over a week ago and the items are left out during the day while residents are at work. I have a handicapped plate and need access to check on an elderly family member but cannot safely park several streets away. This is now a repeat violation after enforcement and I am requesting the city address it again so the street remains accessible. My apologies AGAIN but i need access to her by Friday for dr appointment. Previous case number 101006551757. Im sorry these people feel to disrespect the law and your departments hard wk. Photo attached shows you already removed them. This was disregarded by the streets occupants.
