43 Orkney Rd, Boston, MA 02135Hello, I live at 43 Orkney road in Brighton. My window is open to the alley behind the building, that’s accessed to the right of the building (it’s shared with 41 Orkney as well); there is a dog somewhere here whose owner leaves for work every day at 10, the dog starts crying at 10, and doesn’t stop crying until the owner comes home in the evening. I don’t think the dog goes more than a minute without making noise, for the entire day, and I have put up with it for months now but I simply cannot handle it anymore!
