Illegal Parking
Intersection Of Summer St And Interstate 93 N, Boston, MaSummer st taxi stand at south station is clogged due to pick ups and drop offs. Traffic on summer st is reduced to one lane. Years ago, the police would patrol it and keep vehicles from illegally stopping and blocking traffic. Something need to be done. How about installing a decorative short fence to discourage pedestrians from entering vehicles at the choke point. This would encourage drivers to perform pick ups further up summer st and allowing traffic to move out of the intersection with the greenway.
