    My tax dollar at work. This morning around 8:50 am I was leaving to do an errand. This BPD parked her SUV, got out in full uniform and walked down E. 4th Street towards the Tynan School. I returned at 9:55 to find the SUV still parked there. The driver returned a couple minutes later and drove away. I doubt she was taking her lunch break at 9am. It appears that she just randomly took an hour off. This situation should be addressed. Was she in the clock? Will she be getting a full days pay? Since, it's the day before Thanksgiving, I'm sure she will knock off early.
