    I bike commute from JP to Watertown daily and I realized this week there is a bike lane on Leo M Birmingham parkway. I never knew it was there because it is always filled with illegally parked cars filling the bike lane between Lothrop St and Western Ave. Can you please start to ticket and / or tow these vehicles so the bike lane is accessible?
