100 Cabot St, Boston, MA 02120I am reporting the repeated theft of packages delivered to my apartment building, Flat 9 at Whittier, 100 Cabot Street, Boston, MA 02120. This has been an ongoing issue that I have personally experienced multiple times and has been a frequent complaint among other residents in the building. Due to the continued thefts, security cameras were installed over a year ago. Despite the presence of these cameras, packages continue to be stolen. After reporting my most recent incident, apartment management reviewed the surveillance footage and informed me they were able to identify the individual responsible for stealing one of my packages. However, they have been unable to determine which resident the individual was visiting, as the person appears to be a guest of someone living in the building. I respectfully request that law enforcement review the available surveillance footage so the individual responsible can be identified and held accountable. Given that this has been an ongoing issue affecting both myself and other residents, I also request that these repeated thefts be documented and investigated.
