1001 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02215
I parked at the underground garage at 1001 Boylston St at 6:40am. The parking rate as posted for "Event Parking" (presumably for the Red Sox game later that day) was $65. When I left the garage at 7:27pm (right after the Red Sox game ended) I was charged $79. I spoke with the manager on duty who claims the $65 rate is only good for 12 hours of parking. When I asked to see where that is posted, he said it is not posted anywhere. The "Parking Rates" sign at the entry indicates the Max Daily Rate is good until 5am, so I think it's reasonable to assume that the $65 rate is also good until 5am, especially since, as the manager admitted, nowhere is a 12 hour limit posted. Are they required to post this 12 hour limit? I'd like my $14 back.
