On June 16, 2026 my new neighbor cut down my 20 year old rose bushes located on my property. My address is 393 Poplar Street. My neighbor’s address is 391 Poplar Street. I’ve attached a picture of the roses from 2021 and the day after they were removed. Any advise is appreciated
