    112 Magnolia st Dorchester, is a Nuestra, Winn property. They continually violate trash disposal, n when it is disposed a pile of trash is left in the bin, n barrels left on st all weekend! There is a growing number of rats, n the smell of trash is deplorable..something need to be done to rectify this mess.. we are home owners n we take pride in our surroundings..This issue has truly become an eyesore.. please look into this matter!
