Broken Sidewalk

One of the sidewalk panels in front of my house in Roslindale has sunken below the rest and collects water, mud, and soil, to the point where plants grow in it. It tends to be a tripping hazard and makes it more difficult to clear snow in the winter. It's also a nuisance to have to step in mud every time I get in or out of my car when it rains. Can this be fixed? Thank you for your time.
