173 Neponset Valley Pkwy, Boston, MA 02136Loud and annoying noise at Extra Space Self Storage at 140 Neponset Valley Parkway. Someone is riding their motorbike/scooter back-and-forth in the parking lot of this business and revving it up to make an inordinate amount of noise. They do this on various days and various times of the week. We were told to call 911 when this happens, but I don’t want to do that for something like this. Please advise.
