This has been occurring repeatedly for approximately six months. At approximately 5:50 AM today, I was awakened by extremely loud banging/loading noises near 75 Braintree St. At 5:56 AM I recorded a large dump/hauling truck leaving the area. I cannot identify the exact construction site. I could not locate an applicable off-hours permit. Please investigate the source of the early-morning activity and verify whether an Off Hours Permit has been issued.
