59 Jamaica St, Jamaica Plain, Ma, 02130No water for a week! The city water pipes are frozen out in the street. We have been begging Boston Water and Sewer for 6 days to help us. There is a senior here and a single mom with a small child we keep getting told someone will come out tomorrow and no one ever shows up. We can’t hold on like this any longer. We need someone to come and address this instead of passing us off. Please. I know BW&S covers the whole city but a week without water, toilets and bathing is just unbearable.
