Pothole
610 Albany St, Roxbury, Ma, 02118Road Incident Description On March 11, 2026, at approximately 10:00 PM, I was driving to complete food delivery orders for Grubhub. While traveling on Massachusetts Ave Connector Boston, MA 02118, my vehicle struck a large pothole in the roadway. The impact caused significant damage to the right passenger-side tire, resulting in a puncture that made the vehicle unsafe to drive. Due to the damage, I contacted AAA roadside assistance for emergency support. The service cost $125, and the tire replacement/repair cost $73. As this damage occurred due to hazardous road conditions while I was actively working, I respectfully request reimbursement for the total amount of $198. Thank you for your consideration. Sincerely Muslim Raza
