Illegally Blocked Sidewalk

Property continues to put out cones and multiple barricades daily to block of large section of street and sidewalk despite an expired permit (8/11). Overflowing Trash
Colliston Rd & Kilsyth Rd
FOURTH REPORT, same violation. 71-75 Kilsyth Rd, Brighton, MA 02135 (apartment building, Chestnut Hill Realty). Case #BCS-00288800 resulted in a citation 22 days ago; prior cases #BCS-00253677 and #BCS-00260097 were closed without enforcement. The violation has recurred every collection week since the citation. Photo attached from tonight, the evening before collection: loose bags and debris on the curb outside any container. This is a repeat violation after citation. Requesting follow-up inspection, repeat citation, and a requirement that the owner add enough covered barrels for all trash, per Article 23. Not requesting pickup. Dated photos spanning three months available.
