Illegally Blocked Sidewalk
15 Brainerd Rd, Boston, MA 02134
Makeshift structure illegally blocking access to accessible parking spot which, under regulations and Mass.law, should have five feet of open space around the parking spot to allow for vehicle entry/exit. The thing is an ugly eyesore as well. And please note that this IS VERY MUCH IN BOSTON (apparently it was initially flagged by code enforcement as being in another jurisdiction even though 311 doesn’t even allow for reports outside Boston limits).
