39 Torrey St, Dorchester, Ma, 02124Our neighbors back yard (39 Torrey Street) looks like a dumping ground and is infested with rats. We see rats running through our yard, past our driveway to get back to their house back and forth every day and all times of the day. Rats are seen crossing our street to go directly to the side of their house. Sanitation is a huge issue here!
