the neighbor is piling garbage in their backyard, outside of a dumpster. they’ve been doing construction on and off for over a year, and this pile of trash has been there for about that long. we’ve reported it to the city before and they’ve been fined, but it hasn’t changed anything. it’s attracting rats, and is not environmentally friendly. there is now just loose garbage all across our backyard. this is at 154 brayton road, brighton.
