    To go with case #BCS-00136964. Attached is a photo of the light out across from 49 Warren Ave that is out. There is also a street light that has a bluish color and not as bright as other street lights so perhaps the crew could look at that as well. The bluish light is directly in front of 45 Warren Ave. It is a weird color - is it about to go, or is it a new type of light the city is testing?
