Cambridge St & W Cedar StIntersection of Cambridge st and Charles st in front of Charles MGH is a death trap for bikers coming up the bike lane on Cambridge. A small sign on states “bikes use ped signal”. This isn’t sufficient. Bikers not familiar with the intersection miss the small sign and try to follow the regular traffic lights per convention. In the last 2 weeks, I have seen bikers make this mistake every day and come very close to getting hit by cars. A bike specific traffic light should be placed at this intersection for clearer instruction.
