    insanely loud music at 2839 washington street. everybodies apartments are shaking and reverberating, furniture is shaking, we can’t sleep and it’s the loudest thing I have heard in my life (it is a group of over 12 men outside.) It has been playing for hours and it is almost 1 am. we called the noise control line hours ago who said they’d send someone; and nothing. it is unacceptable for this to be continuing for hours without any help.
