    Illegal parking. The whole street is no parking on the road for emergency vehicles to be able to come in and out. It is also blocking the plows from clearing out well

    The snow plow says it won’t come down Baldwin Pl because it can’t fit….: The street needs to be plowed while landlords of course take care of the sidewalks. there has to be some sort of mini plow or city snow blower that could take care of this, as there are most definitely more narrow streets in the north end and other areas of the city.
