Stronger than usual smell of gas emanating from utility manhole covers (I think - at least smell was most noticeable when standing above them) on sidewalk out front of Cosmica Restaurant/Revolution Hotel on East Berkeley St. Closest to Gray St. hut manhole covers in question are definitely on the Berkeley St sidewalk.
