19 Winston Rd, Dorchester, Ma, 02124The property address is 11-15 Winston Road. So I don't understand why Code Enforcement was so lazy to drive to the address, assess the complaint & ticket the proprty owner. Also, you can find the property on Boston Assessing or Google 15 Winston Road & a picture of the vacant lot owned by a private party will show up. Overgrown vegetation! Poison ivy overgrown to sidewalks. Someone has already gotten 3rd degree burn from the poison ivy. Hazardous to pedestrians. Rodents sittings. Property owner never cleans this yard.
