    Intersection Of Ipswich St And Lansdowne St, Boston, Ma

    Every weekend night, but especially once the weather is nice, the corner of Ipswich and Lansdowne is swarmed with cabs. They double/triple park, block traffic, drive erratically and block site lines. I work at the MGM Music Hall and when I’m leaving work I just need to cross the road and yet every weekend it feel SO dangerous because these cabs are parked 3 deep, blocking the whole street and other drivers are mad and speed around them. Several times I have almost been hit by a car. Not to mention they block traffic on Lansdowne St. Some of them are Uber/Lyft but I have to assume some are Gypsy cabs operating illegally. There was 1 time I saw a cop there directing traffic and shooing those cabs off and it was great!! But I guess that was a one time occurrence. I don’t currently have photos but because a cop was sent out there once, I know you guys know what I’m talking about.
