Snow Plowing/Salting

Friday, February 6, 2026, a City plow pushed large mounds of snow and ice onto the top of my driveway and across the public sidewalk in front of my home. I had already cleared the sidewalk, yet it was made completely impassable. I can’t leave or enter my home; walkway blocked! I am 78 years old, have lived in this home since 1973, and pay my taxes. Because my driveway was blocked, I was unable to leave my home and missed a 1:30 PM appointment. This created a serious safety and accessibility issue. I contacted 311 and was told an emergency crew would be sent, but as of now the situation remains unresolved. This is unacceptable and should not happen to residents—especially seniors.
