At 10 Rickerhill Road in West Roxbury, 02132, there's construction going on to replace a retaining wall. I have looked on the approved building permits website and it doesn't appear that they hold permits for this (although I could potentially be wrong if a permit for that isn't listed). They have piles of dirt and gravel, both on Rickerhill Road and the adjacent Brucewood Street piled on the sidewalk and falling into the street. They have also made the street impassable at times with their trucks. While there is caution tape up in the photos, this was not there when the sun is up. This is a serious issue as they're blocking a wheelchair cutout on the corner of Brucewood and Rickerhill, as well as could pose a threat to anyone with mobility issues, with a stroller, etc. Could public works potentially look into this as a code violation, or potentially any other department that is relevant? Non-resident parked all night

Two incredibly bright spotlights at 3304 Washington Street directed right into the windows of our building. Several tenants are complaining. This has gone on for weeks.
