Domestic Animal Issue
44-46 Soldiers Field Pl, Boston, MA 02135"Unit 305 tenant Bruce Irving continues to allow dogs to make loud impact noise above my unit at 46 Soldiers Field Place nightly. I am now required to take extra medication and play brown noise at loud volume just to sleep. Animal Control previously opened Case No. BCS-00199287 which has since been closed despite the noise continuing daily. Supervisor Dan Gillis called July 2 and stated they have done all they can. Speaking to the tenant has not stopped the noise. I am requesting Animal Control issue formal violations to Princeton Properties Management Inc. as the property manager responsible for enforcing lease noise provisions. I have an active Housing Court case Docket No. 26H84CV000170. This ongoing situation is causing serious harm to my health and disabilities." Everyone that is not acting on this is actually helping him violate my tenant rights abd my quiet enjoyment by letting him use this dog to effect my health.

The dig is making a disturbance and I don't care what they are telling everyone this is happening to me everyday. I am not up making complaints for nothing.
