People are forced to walk into the very busy roadway. There should be ample space for Emergency Services to access the Fire Hydrant. The Law in Massachusetts is 10’ all around for Firefighters to access the Hydrant. Putting a mountain of garbage in the street in front of the Fire Hydrant puts people’s lives at risk so some slumlord can save a few bucks on dumpster service.
