90 Byron St, East Boston, Ma, 02128
Out of state plates parked for 4 days. Car was parked on street cleaning day no ticket no tow but around the corner cars were ticketed and towed. Was this car special? Told to be left alone. This is not fair to our neighbors and people who did get tickets. Please explain why this keeps happening with out of state plates. Why don’t they have to follow the rules.
