Related to: #BCS-00343197 Partially resolved, needs work. There’s still trash but mostly insects and pest droppings. But also 62 has left construction debris on our gate, blocking a delivery. Thanks for the help last time, just needs a little more effort and learning from the new tenants to prevent future negligence.
