    Noise Report: The Eversource Headquarters in Dorchester has been making loud beeps and scraping noises very late into the night every weeknight for the past few weeks. The truck is just driving back and forth scraping the ground. It is incredibly disruptive and loud for a residential neighborhood on a SCHOOL NIGHT!! My kids and I CANT SLEEP!!
