    Abandoned scooter making a lot of noise as the siren/emergency alarm in it ringing- it is parked on the bus stop- Mt Vernon st opposite Paul A Denver school. A man parks his scooter there evryday and it makes this noise all night which is very disturbing. The alarms and sirens are not stopping at all today
