    Filed report a few days ago about how construction company at 149w canton had “no stopping sign” out a couple of weeks after it expired. While sign was removed, workers and/or owners have resorted to putting construction materials, cones, etc in the street outside of the residence to block others from parking there. Please see attached image of tarp in street. We ask that the city consider fining the owner or construction company as this keeps occurring. Spot has been unavailable for public use for over 5 weeks, less then 2 of which they had a permit for.
