12 Newbury St, Boston, Ma, 02116There is a car that is constantly parked all-day daily on newbury street, but the parking enforcement don't seem to care or have some deal with him to ignore his car. He puts a fake ticket on his windshield daily and inconveniences customers on newbury street by either blocking their car while he double parks and works, or asks people to move their cars for him to park in front of his work at 10 or 12 newbury. Car is a mazda suv License plate is 1rtr71.
