    I don’t want to say public works is incompetent BUT so many reports for litter - I mean a lot of litter - all over the sidewalk and street gets closed out and maybe one piece of trash picked up. What’s the deal? Our street is covered in cigarettes, cartons, coffee cups, take out containers. Either put city trash cans on our street or please regularly clean up. This is so unfair to let us live in this filth for weeks. I wish people didn’t litter but we also don’t have any trash bins nearby so….
