Hoarding of cans and bottles at 61 Langley Road, Brighton Ma. This is an ongoing problem dating back years and years. Inspectional Services has intervened in the past and needs to intervene again. Social Services has worked with the family to address the issue but it isn't resolved and the female resident is again hoarding to an alarming degree.
