    Somebody moved the city owned garbage barrel that was in front of Avenue Liquors at the corner of Saxton and Savin hill Avenue and placed it in the middle of the sidewalk at the corner of Sagamore and SHA. It does not belong on a residential street impeding flow of traffic. If the owner of Avenue Liquors does not want it anymore in front of their business, they should ask the city to remove it.Perhaps a vandal moved it. Please put it back in front of avenue liquors. Thx!
