This may be the most inconsequential thing I’ve ever reported on 311 but here it is: the asparagus painting on Parsons St underneath the commuter rail and the pike has the wrong Latin name. The painting has “asparagus officialis” when it should have “asparagus officinalis”

Rodent Activity
20 Flagship Ave, CharlestownThe Anchor has left pumpkins outside as decorations that are now rotting and deteriorating, creating a sanitation issue directly next to residential buildings. Over the past two weeks, I have noticed a significant increase in mice around the area where the rotting pumpkins are located. Please have Inspectional Services inspect the property and require the removal of the rotting material and any other conditions contributing to the rodent activity.

20 Flagship Ave, BostonOngoing issues with outdoor events at The Anchor in the Charlestown Navy Yard, which have not been addressed and are getting worse. The venue is extremely overcrowded currently with a live band, amplified music, and people screaming through megaphones, causing significant disruption to nearby residents. These large and excessively loud outdoor events have become a recurring issue, and I am requesting that the City investigate the venue’s permitted capacity and authorization for amplified outdoor entertainment. Additionally, pumpkins being used as decorations have been left outside to rot and have been attracting mice for approximately two weeks. I am requesting an on-site inspection and appropriate enforcement rather than another complaint being closed without the recurring issues being addressed
