    Stoughton St (an emergency route) has been plowed and salted, but there are still huge piles of snow at and between intersections because people didn’t move their cars during the snow emergency and none of them got towed, so the plows went around them. Can the city come and remove the snow piles for safety and parking, like they’ve done with other emergency routes in the city?
