    Att addiction and recovery services ~ triage to assess. Everyday in the evening an individual sits on the sidewalk at 140 Clarendon (Stuart St side) and blocks the right of way for handicap people, blasts music and smokes next to the building which is illegal. He lives at 140 and this is a reoccurring problem and he is scaring children and disruptive to neighborhood businesses and other residents. Other people use headsets and ear buds
