Illegal Parking
51 Saint Stephen St, Boston, Ma, 02115Non-resident parking on Saint Stephens Street (between Symphony Road and Gainsborough Street) CONTINUES to be a PROBLEM! Non-resdents routinely our Street for open parking making it especially difficult for resident needing parking with our current snow conditions. Today there were 2 cars with our-of-state plates parked side by side for HOURS...no parking staff monitoring the street. Makes it very difficult especially for senior citizens to unload/parking their vehicles. This reported last year and was better...but only for about one month! GRT ON THIS...and be CONSISTENT!!

Sidewalk Not Shoveled
Intersection Of Ball St And Washington St, Roxbury, Ma
Melnea Cass silver line bus stops both only have barely a door width cleared. Buses aren’t able to pick up wheelchairs using ramp at the curb, having to pull up past the stop or have riders come into the street to fully extend the ramp.
