    Please ticket or tow this vehicle parked at the corner of Copeland Park and Copeland Street. It’s a tow zone and emergency vehicle access zone. It makes it difficult to enter or exit Copeland Park and an accident hazard waiting to happen when entering or exiting the street. With the accumulation of snow it makes even more difficult
