    The trash bins at 332 Jamaica Way are overflowing, and the lid cannot be shut tightly. We have rats in our neighborhood. We have complained directly to the owners but are not getting appropriate responses.

    No one knows what these markings and cones are about. Someone has even started jackhammering the sidewalk. Eversource denied it was their project. Residents have not received any communication. Can the city shed some light on this for us? Thanks
