Poor Conditions of Property
Intersection Of Public Alley No. 301 And Mount Vernon Sq, Boston, Ma
Trash outside attracting rats and bugs to the neighborhood and is an eyesore. The lanlord, CEIRE 86 Charles has been ordered by City Inspectional Services to remove the trash cans permanently as they violate the 410 CMRs. Lanlord briefly removed them for inspection and put them right back out. FINDING THE ADDRESS: Address is 86 Charles Street, but the trash bins are located in the BACK of the building on Mt Vernon Sq in Public Alley 301, in between 6 Mt Vernon Sq and 10 Mt Vernon Sq. You will see the trash cans and a black door with "86" on it.
