Pest Infestation - Residential
358 358 C Centre St, Jamaica Plain, Ma, 02130At and all around 358 Centre Street in Jamaica Plain, there is an out of control rodent issue. All along the side of this turquoise triple decker (358 Centre), there are huge holes indicating active rat burrows under the house. This is next to where grease is left from Alex Chimi’s attracting rats. This home borders Municipal lot 7, and rats infest the parking lot, as well as the adjacent private lot owned by Eduardo Vassallo (the lot behind Mr. V’s), as well as the lawn at 18 Forbes (multiple burrows) , which borders Vassallo’s lot. Please see pictures of the side of 358 Centre, bordering Municipal Lot 7, where it seems the rat infestation is centered.

Abandoned Vehicle
Intersection Of Antwerp St And Lincoln St, Brighton, MaCase # 101006611468 was ignored. It is concerning that there's been a man living in a vehicle at this location for several years & the city isn't addressing it. There is a red Toyota van overflowing with empty cans/bottles & with flat tires. Can the city tow it? It's an eyesore & children are afraid to walk by it.
