There is a gray cable distribution box and communication cables hanging from or tangled in a tree near the back/side of buildings on Angel St in Dorchester. The cables appear loose and possibly damaged. A Comcast/Xfinity technician already confirmed this outside cable box is causing intermittent internet service to my building. Requesting inspection and repair of the communication lines in the tree for safety and service reliability.
