Unsatisfactory Living Conditions
112 Hillside St, Mission Hill, Ma, 02120My name is Alp Ayata. I am the new tenant for 112 Hillside St, Unit 1, Boston, MA. For context we paid 1250 dollars per person (4) as a broker fee for this apartment. We have contacted our broker, real estate group, and client support agent. We have previously waived our cleaning fee for the apartment for early move in on August 29th. We picked up our keys at 3:00 p.m, and arrived at the house at 5:00. A professional cleaning service we hired came, and immediately found many rat droppings under our sink. She proceeded to clean this area, but can attest to the fact that there were droppings there. She also cleaned the rest of the apartment to her best capabilities. I further proceeded to find mold in our shower, under our sinks, in our kitchen sink pipe, and closet. There are holes and cracks in the walls, the refrigerator is broken on the inside missing handles and such, there are outlets with no covers and live wires, extremely dirty vents with rust on the outside and visible issues on the inside. Much of the wall to floor connections have holes and are not insulated as well. I called the main number listed on the property front porch. I placed countless work requests after being told many times I can not contact the front office due to them being closed till Monday, and can not get an estimate on how long I will have to wait until the issues were fixed. I have had to find new accommodation as I do not have a place to stay. I have taken Monday August 31st o

Illegal Parking
1250 Washington St, Roxbury, Ma, 02118Sunday, August 30, 2026 – 12:26 AM Location: 1252 Washington Street, in front of Alex’s Pizza Vehicles are illegally parked in the designated bus/bike lane directly in front of Alex’s Pizza at 1252 Washington Street. The attached photo shows an MBTA bus being forced out of its designated lane and maneuvering around the illegally parked vehicles. The same photograph also clearly shows available legal curbside parking nearby, yet the vehicles are occupying and obstructing the dedicated transit/bike lane. This obstruction is directly interfering with MBTA operations and creates a safety concern for buses, cyclists, motorists, and other roadway users. Photo documentation is attached showing the MBTA bus maneuvering around the obstruction, the vehicles occupying the lane, and available parking nearby. Please dispatch Parking Enforcement to address this ongoing issue.

1047 Commonwealth Ave, Boston, MA 02215I would like to report a recurring late-night noise issue at 1047 Commonwealth Avenue. For the second night in a row, there has been a very loud gathering on the rooftop terrace of the building, with amplified DJ music continuing after midnight. I live in the neighboring Babcock Tower, and the music can be heard very clearly from inside my apartment and is seriously disturbing my sleep. I am submitting this report to formally document this recurring late-night noise issue. I would appreciate it if the appropriate department could look into this matter and help prevent it from continuing on future nights. Thank you.
