    It is wonderful that you turned this over as an abandoned vehicle ( second time). Why has no AVR report/ sticker been applied? Why didn’t it get its 24 hour dose of parking ticket. It’s eligible every 24 hours. Does BTD have the ability to oh, say tag, boot, tow a vehicle? Please advise.
