Your website Boston.Gov says that any property with more than 6 units is considered a Large Residential Property. This property has 100 units. Your website also goes on to say that any property with more than 12 units MUST Use 2-Cubic-Yard-Receptacles to contain their trash. Every Monday afternoon this property puts out 50+ bags of garbage out in the street blocking access to The Fire Hydrant overnight until pickup the next day. Putting our Lives at Risk to save a few bucks on dumpsters? With the Rodent Crisis this is just counterproductive to any serious attempts to mitigate the health and property hazards here. But blocking the Fire Hydrant is a step too far. Please have Mayor Wu look into this property and their lack of proper waste management putting our Lives at risk every week.
