He will not allow any residents on street To park in the second parking spots directly available outside of 221 east 8th street . THE REDIDENT Lives IN APARTMENT 2 has taken ownership of this public parking spots for their specific use only . Inconveniencing everyone in the neighborhood. They are starting arguements that is gonna lead to a fight very soon . This is not fair it’s unacceptable to tax payers and residents . Please help it’s bullying . They are intentionally moving car immediately into 2 spots and holding spot for hours until their family or friend needs a spot then they conveniently move to allow parking for friend and family . Has to stop
