    Porta potty has been present for 2+ years. While occasionally serviced. It currently is left unlocked for public use, currently has sensible stench that is present within 15 yards of it. It should be locked at night serviced more frequently or better yet removed. It currently is attracting flies and other bugs. It is currently a BIO hazard and poses a public health risks
