    Rats and mice are consistently biting pets at night and in the morning. Now, mid morning need I remind you; I see them out and about with no care at all about bring seen. All night long I constantly hear them fighting with smaller mice. Children are bombarded at night with them constantly screaming and running inside before it gets dark. They don't even play outside anymore. On trash day, that's the time I hear them the least.
