    Illegal, dumping or disposal located on the left side of 43 Pearl Street, Dorchester, MA 02125 leaning against them, the next-door building, 45 Pearl St, in the same location is Phil the complaint because is a fire and pets hazard and last but not least it doesn’t look good from any apartment in our building. Included our today’s pictures taken 07/27/2026; this trash has been there according to my neighbor since April 2026
