Newspaper delivery driver repeatedly drives down wrong way on North St. This is the car and license plate from when I found him again. He almost hit me and my kids crossing the street on more than one occasion. He doesn’t look up when driving. He’s reading addresses. He’s a danger on the road and needs to be taken off the route. I spoke to him multiple times and he continues to do it.
