The phone was left in the car the night of May 15th, I have attempted to contact the driver through Lyft multiple times, but they have not responded. I have also contacted Lyft support, and they have not been able to help facilitate the return of the device. At this point, I’m concerned that the phone may be intentionally withheld. I would like to document the incident and understand how to proceed with filing a police report, but I do not currently have access to a phone to call the non-emergency line. Details: Date of ride: May 15, 2026 Phone type: iPhone 16e Last known location (if available): 27 Thomas Burgin Pkwy, Quincy, MA, 02169, United States I can provide Lyft trip receipts, screenshots of communication attempts, and the phone’s IMEI/serial number if needed.
