Women dumping dog food to feed the rats. When I noticed her doing it I was driving pass her then stopped and backed up then she put the empty bag in her car then noticed me taking her picture that’s why she tried to hide her face by her car, but I did get her license plate. My friend said they see her there just about every other day as well as during the summer she was out there and she will leave a bowl of water for the rats, so that’s why we have a bad rat issue in our neighborhood so someone needs to do something about this. I don’t even believe she lives around here, but I did get a copy of her license plate so if you guys can run her plate and then you can find out, but they said she’s around here every other day doing the same thing
