Wayne Doherty has been living illegally in the commercial space at 169-C West Springfield Street for over 13 years. He will say that he sometimes stays late, but he lives there full-time. He has substance abuse issues, and never leaves. He lives there full-time, and will state that he sometimes stays late. This is untrue, and against the law. If everyone started staying illegally wherever they wanted, the city would be chaos. Sarah Sharpe is aware, but nothing is being done. Wayne owns several rentals next door, he should be living in a residential unit, not a commercial unit. Someone should check in on him and his living conditions.
