    Recycling not taken from sidewalk on Prescott St. in Charlestown. It is not private property as noted when I put this in earlier today - the bins are on the sidewalk as normal behind our houses - 50, 52 and 54 Harvard did not have their recycling picked up. We are leaving our bins out and would like our recycling picked up - there’s nowhere else to put it in Boston without being fined.
