    A report was made regarding this trash last Wednesday. It was “resolved” but the trash was moved from the sidewalk into the alley. It is still there, was not removed on trash day (Friday) and the bags are now torn open and spilling out. Neighbors are continuously putting out trash several days before trash pickup.
