Intersection Of Public Alley No. 719 And Harrison Ave, Roxbury, Ma

Homeless people from Mass and cass always come to the area, do drugs, and can't even be bothered to clean up after themselves. The city openly lets this happen. If you're going to allow homeless people to do drugs on our streets at least clean up their f****** trash. Why is my neighborhood a disgusting garbage dump that the city igmores? Can I come leave needles, leftover food containers, human shit, and all sorts of other crap on mayor Wus lawn? I don't think that would take too long for the city to step in so why is it okay here?
