Sidewalk Not Shoveled

Sidewalks not shoveled at intersection of Salutation and Hanover along both sides of Salutation St. if there is a car on the road where are we supposed to walk? Not to mention ice dams!! No accountability from landlords and city doing nothing but a small fine. Have sidewalks cleared of snow and ice so we can access sidewalks please!
