Earlier this evening, a black Honda sedan (MA license plate 2KBT74) was double-parked and blocking my legally parked vehicle outside Chipotle at 462 Washington St, Brighton, MA 02135. My wife went inside Chipotle and asked the driver to move her vehicle, but the driver did not come out. Only when I began taking photographs and was about to contact the police did the driver finally come outside. Instead of apologizing, the driver became verbally confrontational and suggested that we should have simply waited. The vehicle prevented us from leaving the parking space, and the driver failed to move it promptly even after being notified. I have attached a photograph showing the vehicle, its license plate, and how it was blocking my car. I would like to formally report this incident and request that it be reviewed for a possible parking violation. Location: 462 Washington St, Brighton, MA 02135
