    There is an empty shopping cart on the sidewalk in front of 798 Centre St in Jamaica Plain. I filed a 311 issue about this two months ago when the cart was in front of 812 Centre St. The cart disappeared for a few days, but it returned up the street at 798 Centre St, where it has been for several weeks. Please remove it for good.
