    Rat spotted in hallway on 2nd floor running between my uninhabitable dwelling and into my next door neighbors apartment. We are on 2nd floor and she has Alzheimer’s. Disgusting building , poorly maintained , horror show here and the city allows them to get away with it and has refused to cite even the most obvious minimum standard code violations . Shameful corruption and or gross incompetence
