Hello, I'd like to report a noisy party. I can tell there were about 6 or 7 people—men and women—inside the apartment, listening to loud music, talking, and laughing loudly. It seems like a neighbor complained, so they moved to the back porch. They continue to be very loud, laughing, and slamming doors. It's 12:10 AM, and the noise is disturbing the entire area for those trying to sleep. 41 E Springfield St, I believe it is room 3, balcony with string of lights
