The attached case was closed as "invalid." If you read the original report it was for the congregate drug use happening on the sidewalk pictured in the image attached to the request. I was told by Mayor Wu herself both on June 24th at a virtual neighborhood meeting and then again face to face on the afternoon of June 30th when she was in the neighborhood that the proper course of action for things like this that are all too common in this neighborhood was to call 911 if you feel threatened or in immediate danger and to submit in the 311 app under "other" as that would get directed to Kellie Young and the CRT. I very much do not appreciate these cases being closed as "invalid" and brushed off when I am just doing what I am told by the mayor herself. The city agencies need to get on the same page as their boss, the mayor, because the attitude towards tax paying citizens is not appreciated especially when we're just doing what we were told directly from the mouth of the mayor.
