73-83 Main St, BostonPerfect usual the owner of Tangerino in Charlestown allows his contractor to park illegally at the corner of main st and Monument Ave. Therefore, he's blocking cars and emergency vehicles from accessing Monument Ave. Why is it that no police or city officials follow up on complaints with the Boston Cigar Bar and/or Tangerino owners. It's truly frustrating.
