    98 Foster St, Brighton, Ma, 02135

    SUV parked with right side tires on narrow sidewalk bordered by a retaining wall. Sidewalk on opposite side of street is damaged with missi g chinks of asphalt. Strollers would hit roght side mirror of car if the attempted to use sidewalk. With one sidewalk blocked and opposite side in poor condition, walkers and people pushing strollers are forced to walk in the street. (Mt Vernon st between Foster and Eastburn streets)
