Border St & Decatur St
I was wondering if the pedestrian crossing at the corner of Border St. and Decatur St. in East Boston could be updated to include a button for flashing lights? Firstly, the crosswalk area is very dark. Cars often speed down Border St because there are no speed bumps. I almost got run over last week. I've had other close calls with cars skidding to stop or unable to see me crossing the intersection. I think that flashing lights will help cars see pedestrians who are crossing the street and help prevent incidents. Additionally, pedestrians would feel safer crossing the street. Thank you for the consideration.
